
The Buick Encore, despite being advertised as an entry-level crossover SUV, is an excellent SUV. It's solid and provides excellent visibility. Encore boasts a number of high-end amenities.
There are four trim levels for the Buick Encore. For the front-wheel driven version, the Preferred model costs $25,795. Although the all-wheel-drive model is more expensive, it provides additional traction in snow, mud and other conditions.
The Preferred model features a 1.4-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine with 155 horsepower and torque. The engine can achieve 32 mpg on the highway when it is equipped with a CVT. However, the smaller engine of 1.2-liters gets only 30 mpg when paired up with a CVT.

The Encore has a smooth ride, and it has an upscale interior that is pleasing to the eye. The Encore has plenty of space in both rows and decent headroom. The center console is also well-placed with plenty of space.
The cabin of the Buick Encore is quite quiet with active noise cancellation. The height and lumbar support can be manually adjusted for the front passenger seat. There is a rear-facing camera, as well as a rear cross-traffic alert.
Buick Encore also offers heated front seats and a leather-wrapped steering column. Automatic climate control is available on the center console. The rear seats provide good headroom but are not sufficient to accommodate three people. With 48.4 cubic yards of interior, it has plenty of cargo space.
The Encore comes with a lot of standard features and the infotainment is very user-friendly. The tiltable and adjustable steering wheel can be adjusted and moved forward and back. This makes it possible to adjust the backrest as well as the reclining seatbacks.

Buick also has a forward-collision warning system. It alerts the driver whenever the car starts to drift towards the edge, or is too close to the vehicle ahead. The system can monitor engine torque as well as adjust the brakes. Encore includes rear cross-traffic alarm, which alerts the driver when a vehicle enters the space behind it.
Encore will get a new 155-hp turbo I-4 1.4L Turbo I-4 motor for 2022. It will also feature an electric heater-defroster. The heater core system has been replaced. It also has 18-inch alloys and cloth/simulated leather upholstery. Roof rails are also included. New is the six-way power driver seat. The Preferred model will include a new electric heater. The Preferred model will come standard with all-wheel driving.
The Buick Encore is a great combination of utility, versatility and affordability. It is also the most comfortable vehicle in its class.
